Choose The Right Thickness

Dollamur mats are available in standard and custom sizes for both wrestling and martial arts training. Made with closed-cell, cross-linked athletic foam, they come in recommended thicknesses tailored to the activity:

Competition Wrestling Mats – Typically 1-5/8″ to 1-7/8″ thick
UWW-Compliant Wrestling Mats – Usually 1.97″ thick (5 cm)
Martial Arts & Tactical Training Mats – Commonly 1-1/4″ to 2″ thick, depending on style and intensity.
