DISINFECTION PERFORMANCE: This product kills the following bacteria in 10 minutes at 2 fl. oz. per gal. of 400 ppm hard water and 5% soil on hard, non-porous surfaces: Campylobacter jejuni, Corynebacterium ammoniagenes, Enterococcus faecalis, Escherichia coli, Klebsiella pneumoniae, Listeria monocytogenes, Salmonella enterica, Salmonella enterica subspecies enterica serovar Paratyphi B (schottmuelleri), Sal-monella enterica subspecies enterica serovar Typhi, Shigella dysenteriae, Staphylococcus aureus, Staph-ylococcus aureus HA-MRSA, Staphylococcus aureus CA-MRSA, Streptococcus salivarius, Pseudomonas aeruginosa. 


VIRUCIDAL* PERFORMANCE: This product kills the following viruses in 10 minutes at 3 fl. oz. per gal. of 400 ppm hard water and 5% soil on hard, non-porous surfaces: Avian Influenza A (H5N1) Virus, Hepatitis B Virus (HBV), Hepatitis C Virus (HCV), Herpes Simplex Virus Type 1, HIV-1‡, Human Coronavirus, Influenza A (H1N1) Virus, Vaccinia Virus, SARS-CoV-2‡ (COVID-19 Virus). 


‡ Indicates a 2-minute contact time is required for this claim.
This product kills the following viruses in 10 minutes at 6 fl. oz. per gal. of 400 ppm hard water (2550 ppm active) and 5% soil on hard, non-porous surfaces: Norovirus**.


FUNGICIDAL PERFORMANCE: This product kills the following fungi in 10 minutes at 6 fl. oz. per gal. of 400 ppm hard water and 5% soil on hard, non-porous surfaces: Trichophyton interdigitale (Athlete’s foot fungus) (a cause of Ringworm). 


MILDEWSTATIC PERFORMANCE: This product controls the following mold/mildew at 1.25 fl. oz. per gal. of 400 ppm hard water and 5% soil on hard, non-porous surfaces for up to 7 days: Aspergillus niger. DIRECTIONS FOR USE

This product is not for use on medical device surfaces.


FOR USE AS A ONE-STEP, GENERAL, HOSPITAL DISINFECTANT AND VIRUCIDE*, DEODORIZER, CLEANER: Prepare a use solution of 3 - 4 fl. oz. of this product per gal. of water (or equivalent use dilution). FOR USE AS A ONE-STEP, GENERAL, HOSPITAL DISINFECTANT, VIRUCIDE**, FUNGICIDE, DE-ODORIZER, CLEANER: Prepare a use solution of 6 fl. oz. of this product per gal. of water (or equivalent use dilution). 1. Pre-clean visibly soiled areas. 2. Apply use solution to hard, non-porous, non-food contact surfaces with a sponge, brush, cloth, mop, by immersion, auto scrubber, mechanical spray device. For spray applications, spray 6-8 inches from surface. Do not breathe spray. 3. Treated surfaces must remain visibly wet for 2 minutes to kill SARS-CoV-2 and 10 minutes to kill other listed organisms. 4. Allow to air dry. 5. Prepare a fresh solution daily or when visibly dirty.
*KILLS HIV, HBV AND HCV ON PRE-CLEANED HARD, NON-POROUS SURFACES/OBJECTS PREVI-OUSLY SOILED WITH BLOOD/BODY FLUIDS in health care settings or other settings in which there is an expected likelihood of soiling of hard, non-porous surfaces/objects with blood or body fluids and in which the surfaces/objects likely to be soiled with blood or body fluids can be associated with the potential for trans-mission of Human Immunodeficiency Virus Type 1 (HIV-1) (associated with AIDS), Hepatitis B Virus (HBV) and Hepatitis C Virus (HCV). SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS FOR CLEANING AND DECONTAMINATION AGAINST HIV-1, HBV AND HCV ON SURFACES/OBJECTS SOILED WITH BLOOD/BODY FLUIDS. Personal Protection: Specific barrier protection items to be worn when handling items soiled with blood or body fluids are disposable rubber gloves, gowns, masks, and eye protection. Cleaning Procedure: Blood and other body fluids containing HIV-1, HBV and HCV must be thoroughly cleaned from hard, non-porous surfaces and objects before application of this product. Disposal of Infectious Materials: Blood and other body fluids, cleaning materials and clothing must be autoclaved and disposed of according to federal, state, and local regulations for infectious waste disposal. Contact Time: Allow hard, non-porous surface to remain visibly wet for 2 minutes for HIV-1 and for 10 minutes to kill all other viruses* and bacteria listed on the label. TO CONTROL THE GROWTH OF MOLD AND MILDEW ON HARD, NON-POROUS ATHLETIC EQUIP-MENT: For use on wrestling and gymnastic mats, athletic mats, exercise equipment, athletic training tables, physical therapy tables, athletic helmets, wrestling/boxing headgear, athletic shoe soles, and other hard, non-porous surfaces. Thoroughly clean surfaces with soap or detergent and rinse with water. Prepare a use solution of 1.25 fl. oz. of this product per gal. of water. Apply use solution by sponge, brush, cloth, mop, by immersion, mechanical spray device. For spray applications, spray 6-8 inches from surface. Do not breathe spray. Do not use equipment until treatment has set or dried. Repeat treatment every 7 days, or more often if new growth appears.

CARPET CLEANING
SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS FOR CLEANING CARPETS: This product can be used to clean carpets in industrial, institutional, commercial ar-eas such as motel and hotel chains, nursing homes, schools, and hospi-tals. For use on wet-cleanable synthetic fibers. Do not use on wool. Vac-uum carpet thoroughly prior to cleaning. Test fabric for color fastness. For Portable Extraction Units: Mix 2 fl. oz. of this product per gal. of water. For Truck Mounted Extraction Machines: Mix 2-4 fl. oz. of this product per gal. of water and meter at 4 gal. per hour. For Rotary Floor Machines: Mix 4 fl. oz. of this product per gal. of water and apply at the rate of 300-500 square feet per gal. Do not mix this product with other cleaning products. Follow the cleaning procedures specified by the manufacturer of the cleaning equipment. After using this product set the carpet pile and protect the carpet from furniture legs and bases while drying. Do not over wet. If applied to stain resistant nylon carpet, apply a fabric protector according to the carpet manufacturer’s directions.
STORAGE AND DISPOSAL
Do not contaminate water, food, or feed by storage and disposal. PESTICIDE STORAGE: Store only in original container. Keep this product under locked storage sufficient to make it inaccessible to chil-dren or persons unfamiliar with its proper use. PESTICIDE DISPOSAL: Pesticide wastes are acutely hazardous. Improper disposal of excess pesticide, spray mixture or rinsate is a violation of federal law. If these wastes cannot be disposed of by use according to label instructions, contact your State Pesticide or Environmental Control Agency, or the Hazardous Waste Representative at the nearest EPA Regional Office for guidance. CONTAINER HANDLING: Non-Refillable Container. Do not reuse or refill this container. Triple rinse container promptly after emptying. Triple rinse as follows: Fill the container 1/4 full with water and recap. Shake for 10 seconds. Drain for 10 seconds after the flow begins to drip. Follow Pesticide Disposal instructions for rinsate disposal. Re-peat this procedure two more times. Then offer for recycling if available or puncture and dispose of in a sanitary landfill, or by incineration.
This product is designed to provide effective cleaning, deodorizing, and disinfection in areas where housekeeping is of prime importance in re-ducing cross-contamination on treated surfaces. This product is a one-step disinfectant that is effective against a broad spectrum of bacteria, is virucidal* (including HIV-1, HCV and HBV), and inhibits the growth of mold and mildew and their odors when used according to the directions for disinfection on non-food contact surfaces. This product disinfects hard, non-porous, non-food contact  surfaces in one step with no rinsing required. For use on hard, non-porous wrestling and gymnastic mats, and athletic training tables. This product is an effective fungicide against Trichophyton interdigitale (the athlete’s foot fungus) when used on hard, non-porous surfaces in areas such as locker rooms, dressing rooms, shower and bath areas, exercise facilities. This product cleans and disinfects hard, non-porous surfaces of protective headgear, athletic helmets, wrestling/boxing headgear, and athletic shoe soles.

Dollamur Limited Warranty - Revised 3/2026

Dollamur Sport Surfaces (“Dollamur”) warrants that its products will be free from defects in materials and workmanship when properly installed, used, and maintained according to Dollamur’s Care and Handling Manual guidelines. This limited warranty applies only to the original purchaser of the product and is non-transferable.

Dollamur has the option to repair or replace a mat during the warranty period. Dollamur reserves the right to determine if a defect is caused by workmanship, material, or some other reason. The determination of repair or replace will be the sole responsibility of Dollamur.

This warranty applies only to products purchased directly from Dollamur or an authorized distributor.

DEFINITIONS

Defect - A failure in materials or workmanship that prevents the product from performing as intended under normal use.

Normal Use - Use of the product consistent with its intended purpose and in accordance with Dollamur care instructions.

Normal Wear and Tear - Expected cosmetic or performance changes from regular use including surface scuffing, minor compression, or color variation.

Original Owner - The individual or entity who purchase the product directly from Dollamur or an authorized distributor.

WHAT THIS WARRANTY COVERS

This warranty covers defects resulting from:

  • Manufacturing defects in materials
  • Manufacturing defects in workmanship
  • Failure of product components under normal use

The FLEXI-Connect® system is fully covered under this warranty except for damage resulting from improper handling or misuse.

WHAT THIS WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER

This warranty does not cover damage caused by:

  • Improper installation
  • Failure to follow

Dollamur Care and Handling guidelines

  • Misuse, abuse, or vandalism
  • Accidents or impact damage
  • Improper storage or transportation
  • Modification or alternation of the product
  • Use of unapproved adhesives, tapes, or cleaning chemicals
  • Exposure to extreme environmental conditions

This warranty also does not cover normal wear and tear including:

  • Cosmetic scuffing or surface marks
  • Minor compression from storage or handling
  • Color fading or discoloration
  • Aesthetic changes that do not affect performance

PRODUCT CHARACTERISTICS

Athletic foam and vinyl products may experience natural expansion or contraction due to temperature, humidity, and environmental conditions. Minor dimensional variations, compression marks, or surface impressions may occur during normal use and are considered normal product characteristics.

WARRANTY CLAIM PROCESS

To submit a warranty claim, the customer must notify Dollamur within thirty (30) days of discovering the issue. Customers must provide:

  • Proof of purchase or order number
  • Description of the issue
  • Photos or video showing the defect
  • Installation details, if applicable

Claims must be submitted to support@dollamur.com or through www.dollamur.com/warranty

Dollamur reserves the right to inspect the product and determine whether the claim qualifies under this warranty.

RETURNS

Custom products are non-returnable unless they are defective. Stock products may be returned within thirty (30) days of delivery if:

  • The product is unused
  • The product is in original packaging
  • Return authorization is obtained from Dollamur

A restocking fee of up to twenty (20) percent may apply. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

FREIGHT INSPECTION REQUIREMENTS

Customers must inspect shipments immediately upon delivery.

Any visible shipping damage must be noted on the delivery receipt and reported to Dollamur within five (5) business days.

Failure to report shipping damage within this timeframe may limit the ability to file a freight claim.

LIMITATION OF LIABILTY

Except as expressly stated in this warranty, Dollamur makes no other warranties, express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

Dollamur’s liability under this warranty is limited solely to repair, replacement, or prorated credit for the defective product.

In no event shall Dollamur be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

WARNINGS

We urge you to carefully read and consider the product safety warning section that follows. It is included to increase your awareness of the precautions that must be enforced in your home, gym or sports facility to reduce the possibility of injury.

Any activity involving motion, height, speed, rotation, and/or physical contact creates the possibility of serious injury, including paralysis and even death from landing or falling on the neck, head, back or other parts of the body. This mat DOES NOT eliminate this hazard. Users assume a risk of serious injury in using this product. Users should strictly adhere to the following guidelines at all times:

  1. Use this mat ONLY with proper training and under the supervision of a qualified instructor. Use of this mat without proper supervision, proper training, proper spotting equipment and/or trained spotters can be DANGEROUS and SHOULD NOT be undertaken or permitted.
  2. Always allow enough space to properly and safely perform the chosen maneuvers.
  3. Perform all maneuvers so as to avoid contact with instructors, bystanders, or other users, and to avoid going outside the perimeter of this mat.
  4. Inspect the mat prior to and after any use. Inspect the mat for damage, defects or wears, including tears and flattening of the energy absorbing materials. Additionally mat protection may vary according to room temperature and age. Damaged products should be repaired or replaced immediately. If in doubt, do not use this product.
  5. Mats can move during use. Before each use always check the mat for proper positioning and ensure mat is safely secured together. Read the owner manual before initial use.
  6. Know your own limitations and the limitations of this product. Follow progressive learning techniques and always consult an instructor.
  7. Frequently clean mats using Dollamur mat cleaning products or other disinfectants to prevent skin infections. DO NOT USE BLEACH.
