Dollamur Limited Warranty - Revised 3/2026

Dollamur Sport Surfaces (“Dollamur”) warrants that its products will be free from defects in materials and workmanship when properly installed, used, and maintained according to Dollamur’s Care and Handling Manual guidelines. This limited warranty applies only to the original purchaser of the product and is non-transferable.

Dollamur has the option to repair or replace a mat during the warranty period. Dollamur reserves the right to determine if a defect is caused by workmanship, material, or some other reason. The determination of repair or replace will be the sole responsibility of Dollamur.

This warranty applies only to products purchased directly from Dollamur or an authorized distributor.

Warranty Shipping Costs

• Year 1 - Dollamur covers 100%
• Year 2-3 - Customer responsible for 50%

DEFINITIONS

Defect - A failure in materials or workmanship that prevents the product from performing as intended under normal use.

Normal Use - Use of the product consistent with its intended purpose and in accordance with Dollamur care instructions.

Normal Wear and Tear - Expected cosmetic or performance changes from regular use including surface scuffing, minor compression, or color variation.

Original Owner - The individual or entity who purchase the product directly from Dollamur or an authorized distributor.

WHAT THIS WARRANTY COVERS

This warranty covers defects resulting from:

• Manufacturing defects in materials
• Manufacturing defects in workmanship
• Failure of product components under normal use

The FLEXI-Connect® system is fully covered under this warranty except for damage resulting from improper handling or misuse.

WHAT THIS WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER

This warranty does not cover damage caused by:

• Improper installation
• Failure to follow

Dollamur Care and Handling guidelines

• Misuse, abuse, or vandalism
• Accidents or impact damage
• Improper storage or transportation
• Modification or alternation of the product
• Use of unapproved adhesives, tapes, or cleaning chemicals
• Exposure to extreme environmental conditions

This warranty also does not cover normal wear and tear including:

• Cosmetic scuffing or surface marks
• Minor compression from storage or handling
• Color fading or discoloration
• Aesthetic changes that do not affect performance

PRODUCT CHARACTERISTICS

Athletic foam and vinyl products may experience natural expansion or contraction due to temperature, humidity, and environmental conditions. Minor dimensional variations, compression marks, or surface impressions may occur during normal use and are considered normal product characteristics.

WARRANTY CLAIM PROCESS

To submit a warranty claim, the customer must notify Dollamur within thirty (30) days of discovering the issue. Customers must provide:

• Proof of purchase or order number
• Description of the issue
• Photos or video showing the defect
• Installation details, if applicable

Claims must be submitted to support@dollamur.com or through www.dollamur.com/warranty

Dollamur reserves the right to inspect the product and determine whether the claim qualifies under this warranty.

RETURNS

Custom products are non-returnable unless they are defective. Stock products may be returned within thirty (30) days of delivery if:

• The product is unused
• The product is in original packaging
• Return authorization is obtained from Dollamur

A restocking fee of up to twenty (20) percent may apply. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

FREIGHT INSPECTION REQUIREMENTS

Customers must inspect shipments immediately upon delivery.

Any visible shipping damage must be noted on the delivery receipt and reported to Dollamur within five (5) business days.

Failure to report shipping damage within this timeframe may limit the ability to file a freight claim.

LIMITATION OF LIABILTY

Except as expressly stated in this warranty, Dollamur makes no other warranties, express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

Dollamur’s liability under this warranty is limited solely to repair, replacement, or prorated credit for the defective product.

In no event shall Dollamur be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

WARNINGS

We urge you to carefully read and consider the product safety warning section that follows. It is included to increase your awareness of the precautions that must be enforced in your home, gym or sports facility to reduce the possibility of injury.

Any activity involving motion, height, speed, rotation, and/or physical contact creates the possibility of serious injury, including paralysis and even death from landing or falling on the neck, head, back or other parts of the body. This mat DOES NOT eliminate this hazard. Users assume a risk of serious injury in using this product. Users should strictly adhere to the following guidelines at all times:

1. Use this mat ONLY with proper training and under the supervision of a qualified instructor. Use of this mat without proper supervision, proper training, proper spotting equipment and/or trained spotters can be DANGEROUS and SHOULD NOT be undertaken or permitted.
2. Always allow enough space to properly and safely perform the chosen maneuvers.
3. Perform all maneuvers so as to avoid contact with instructors, bystanders, or other users, and to avoid going outside the perimeter of this mat.
4. Inspect the mat prior to and after any use. Inspect the mat for damage, defects or wears, including tears and flattening of the energy absorbing materials. Additionally mat protection may vary according to room temperature and age. Damaged products should be repaired or replaced immediately. If in doubt, do not use this product.
5. Mats can move during use. Before each use always check the mat for proper positioning and ensure mat is safely secured together. Read the owner manual before initial use.
6. Know your own limitations and the limitations of this product. Follow progressive learning techniques and always consult an instructor.
7. Frequently clean mats using Dollamur mat cleaning products or other disinfectants to prevent skin infections. DO NOT USE BLEACH.
